2007 Mazda B3000 Review
Ford Motor Company has owned a controlling interest in Mazda since 1996, and this association has moved into the area of platform sharing. The Mazda line of pickup trucks and the Ford Ranger share a similar platform. Mazda has named its B line of trucks after the size of the engine for several years now, and the B3000 gets its name from its 3.0 liter V-6 engine. This engine is capable of 148 horsepower, and is coupled with a choice between a 5 speed manual and a 5 speed automatic transmission. Both transmissions are equipped with overdrive.
