2007 Ford Ranger Review

The advertising theme that the Ford Motor Company uses for its line of pickup trucks is “Built Ford Tough”. The rugged Ford Ranger certainly lives up that billing. It has the look and the feel of a very solid vehicle, but it mixes that with an interior that makes you feel like you are riding in a luxury car.
